RV PARK RATES

Our RV spots are 30 amp and 50 amp.  Prices vary depending on size of spot.  Standard Spots for RV’s 70 ft and under.  Premium Spot for RV’s larger than 70 ft.

• $45 a night for standard spot/ $50 a night for premium spot
• $165 a week for standard spot/ $175 a week for premium spot
• $475 a month for standard spot/ $525 a month for premium spot

If you are a good Sam Member we will discount the nightly rate 10%

We thank our veterans for your service and will give a military discount for our nightly rates of 10%

Tent Spots have 20 amp available, size ranging from 35 ft-40 ft.

CABIN RATES

Cabins come furnished.  $200 Security Deposit required for all staying over 7 days.  No pets allowed in cabins.

• $89 Per Night
• $300 Weekly
• $700 Monthly

VILLA RATES

$500 Security Deposit Required. For Pets: $250 Non-Refundable Deposit Required.

• Villa with Utilities Included: $850 Monthly (Includes Water, Electric and Gas)
• Villa without Utilities Included: $650 Monthly (Only Includes Water)
• Furniture Rental Available- Add On Fee of $100 Monthly
